Sola Marine is an international oil and gas service, exploration and production company with assets in Central and South America. The Company is focused on acquiring discovered, underdeveloped oil and gas opportunities with significant upside potential, primarily in Central America.

The Company also seeks to leverage the experience of management to pursue similar opportunities on a global basis.

The Company’s current portfolio includes a number of development assets along with multiple potential high-impact exploration prospects. We select, acquire and manage substantial investments in companies and projects with strong value enhancement potential and attractive growth prospects, and utilise this ability to deliver value-adding returns and services.

The experienced management team that guides our strategic decisions specialises in the identification of under-valued investment opportunities – both listed and unlisted – that are either at an early stage in their operational development or have latent value that has yet to be realised.

Investment targets primarily fit into the category of companies with producing assets and/or reserves or new greenfield / wildcat projects. Sola Marine shares are proposed to be listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange.

Combine Exploration and Production into Oil and Gas

The Company’s portfolio of oil and gas interests are either minority stakes or non-operated assets and it is the Board’s intention to dispose of these interests in an orderly manner over time. The Board does not expect that any further significant funds will be committed to the oil and gas assets unless required, in the opinion of the Directors, to preserve their value, and therefore shareholder value, ahead of any realization.
